Kind of said it better than I ever could have
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.

    Here you go my man

    Tact
    From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
    Jump to: navigation, search
Look up tact in Wiktionary, the free dictionary.Tact is a careful consideration of the feelings and values of another so as to create harmonious relationships with a reduced potential for conflict or offense. Tact is considered a virtue.

Tact is a form of interpersonal diplomacy. Tact is the ability to induce change or communicate hurtful information without offending through the use of consideration, compassion, kindness, and reason.

For example, choosing a good joke to entertain a small audience requires tact. A tactless joke will offend some or all of the people in the room and may be met with an awkward silence.

I'm sure am i glad i learned what tact meant.

I agree i mean its great that he made it out of here and to the big time but geez people. I could see the PV people rooting for him but the rest of you, all hes done for you is burn your team every week when he was here. He hasnt gave any money to me or made my life better so i dont really care if he won or not. Plus ive been a Colts fan my life.

I'm glad to see the Bears get beat!

TJ had a good day but heck he isn't the team!

Maybe the forum will shut up about TJ and talk about a real player like vince young...

    Re: No matter the winner...

The way I see it, around here Football is king. I know feelings run deep concerning it. But at the same time, the best most of us could ever hope for was a State Championship. Back in the day I was fortunate enough to win 2, but that could not even compare to taking the field to play for the Lombardi Trophy. Just think about it, the only locals I know of with SB Rings are Carrol Dale and Heath Miller. When someone from our area has a chance to accomplish something that most all of us could have only dreamt of, it should be exciting. I've always been a Oakland Raiders fan every since 1977. Outside the Raiders I don't pull for any of the Pro teals unless I am thinking of how it could help Oakland. And this year, there was no help for them. lol. But last year I was glad to see Miller win his. And tonight I was hopin to see another local reach the pinnacle. Am I sour because I never had that opportunity...no. Does everyone's excitement over the hype bother me...no. But, even if it did I would have enough TACT to keep my opinions to myself over something others may be sensitive about. It's comparable to folks coming on here and rubbing it in your face when your favorite HS team loses a State Championship game. It's not gonna make me lose any sleep cuz the Colts won, but it probably meant more to some folks that read this.
